Take advantage of your guiding experience
This “luxury” guiding package will allow you to explore a bike center you’ve never ridden before or simply find new routes for your comfort level. While making sure you have the right basics, the guide will tailor a ride for you! Whether you’re on your own or with a few friends, it really pays to maximize the experience and let yourself go through the trails!
Lesson format: Form your own group and we will pair you up with one of our coaches. The focus is on YOU and YOUR group!
Coach: Your coach will be PMBIA.org level I certified or higher, and have 20-hour first aid training in remote areas.
Terrain: You heard about the signature trails in Sentiers du Moulin like the LB’s, the Slab City or the Wolverine, but not sure if you can ride them? What about La Shamourai or La Mordor in Bromont? All guiding experiences will start with a warm up on easier trails. Your coach will assess your skill and fitness level and will propose an itinerary based on your needs. Our focus in safety, a coach can veto a group’s ambitions if safety is a concern.
2600$ flat rate for a group of 1 to 5 riders—bring your crew and share the experience!
To protect yourself from minor scrapes and injuries, Bikeskills recommends that you ALWAYS wear knee protection. Gloves, eyewear / goggles and elbow protection are also recommended, but not mandatory. Of course, a helmet is always essential, ideally a mountain bike specific helmet. Lightweight full-face helmets provide additional protection. A full-face helmet and chest protector for advanced and/or lift accessed courses is also highly recommended.
As the class will be held outdoors, we might not have access to indoor facilities. It is recommended that you check the mountain weather forecast and plan accordingly, as mountain weather can change rapidly. Think about layering clothing to adapt to conditions, a lightweight jacket is always a good option to have. It is recommended that each member of the group bring snacks and water to ensure they have enough energy to enjoy the class.
